Wudongde Hydropower Station is located on the Jinsha River at the junction of Luquan County, Kunming City, Yunnan Province and Huidong County, Liangshan Prefecture, Sichuan Province. It is the top level of the four cascade hydropower stations in the lower reaches of the Jinsha River developed and constructed by China Three Gorges Corporation.
